LINDORES CRANE HIRE
Earlier this year we were tasked with creating a new look website for Lindores Crane Hire who are an established crane hire company operating primarily on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Below I discuss some of the key changes we made to give this site a legit 2023 look and feel.

FROM DARK TO LIGHT
First of all, the old site was very dark, which definitely dated it. Thankfully the client was open to our colour inversion which took it from dark and dreary to light and spacious. The brand colour palette is maroon and dark grey so we introduced a light grey and some geometric patterns to bring come texture into the design.
THE USE OF SVG ANIMATION
We didn’t have access to much in the way of quality imagery so we decided to use some illustrative imagery which lent itself to creating a really funky animated crane graphic with SVG animation which added something unique and modern to make the site stand out amongst competitors.
Offset Text Background Textures
One of the last additions to the design was the offset text background elements used behind the headings. This adds dimension and another textural element to the design and was ad addition the client absolutely loved.
